Information you submit
When you send an enquiry, we store your product or HS code, target market, email address and any optional company details, specifications or research goals you provide. We use this information to assess your request and contact you about relevant data services.
Enquiry notifications and retention
Enquiries are stored on our server and sent to our sales team through our configured email provider. Website enquiry records are removed after 180 days. Enquiry emails and subsequent correspondence are handled separately in our business mailbox.
Essential session and source information
A short-lived essential cookie helps protect the form against misuse. Session storage remembers your landing page, referring page and campaign tags for this visit. We record sample-request clicks, form starts, successful submissions and email or WhatsApp link clicks to understand how visitors contact us. Event records are retained for 90 days. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database; a keyed hash is used for abuse prevention. Hosting access logs may separately contain technical connection information.
Your choices
You may contact us directly instead of using the form. For questions about an enquiry or to request removal of website enquiry information, email emma@bigtradedata.com. We do not use form submissions to subscribe you to a newsletter automatically.
